Violin Recitals
Ms. Freeman hosts four to six violin recitals each year, showcasing her students and their chamber music ensembles. These concerts are free and open to the public and always end with a pot luck meal and lively conversation. Having the opportunity to perform in a friendly environment, with time for positive feedback and sharing with peers, is one of the most important elements of a good violin education.
Our Zoom Recital was surprisingly fun and rewarding. My students are mastering the new challenges brought on by covid-19, learning via the internet, making lots of recordings of themselves, and being brave enough to share their music with the world.
